Find your focus. Grow your confidence.
Find your path and soar.
You can care deeply about school and still struggle to start an assignment. Deadlines pile up, notifications pull you away, and generic advice like “just get organized” doesn't help.
GoFocus offers personalized ADHD coaching for high school graduates and undergraduate students. Together, we'll discover what gets in your way and build sustainable routines that actually fit your brain.
That way, there's genuine room for learning, friendships, and the things you enjoy!
You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk.
Core Coaching Pillars
Feel understood
You're more than a missed deadline. We start with empathy and what matters to you.
Find what works
Try personalized strategies that fit your natural learning style and daily rhythm.
Take small steps
Start where you are right now. Break down big tasks and adjust steadily as you go.
Support for school and life beyond it
You don't have to figure everything out at once.
An open laptop. A blank document. A deadline getting closer. Together, we'll explore ways to make starting feel less daunting and break big tasks into steps you can work with.
Classes, messages, meals, laundry, friends. It's a lot to juggle. We'll try ways to plan your time and build routines that leave room for real life, not just your to-do list.
You're the focus of coaching. We can also explore how parents and other people in your corner can support your goals while giving you room to build independence.

Meet Alex Johnson
Hi, I am Alex. When I first transitioned into higher education, I struggled with traditional study regimens that were never built for a neurodivergent brain. Learning how my own executive functioning actually operated changed my academic path and my everyday life. Now, my focus is helping students discover that same clarity without burnout.
With a background in educational psychology and years of one-on-one student mentoring, my coaching is built around active listening, practical routines, and shared problem-solving. We will not force you into someone else is rigid schedule; instead, we craft sustainable strategies that fit your real life.
Together, we focus on what matters most to your goals—building confidence, establishing realistic study workflows, and leaving plenty of room to test, adjust, and grow at your own pace.
